SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico – The FBI has filed charges against two men in Puerto Rico arrested after allegedly posing as police officers while shooting a man after breaking into his home where he ran a lottery business.
Special Agent in Charge Carlos Cases says the men also are accused of shooting at Puerto Rico police officers while trying to escape.

He said Friday that the men face robbery charges for allegedly stealing about $4,000 in cash and stealing a car.
Cases says the business owner was shot Wednesday after he became suspicious and asked the men where their patrol cars were when they knocked on his door and identified themselves as police officers.
