Erik Lamela is in negotiations with Inter Milan over a potential summer move, his father and agent has confirmed.
Sportsmail reported that Inter have offered a £4million loan fee with an additional £10m to follow at the end of the season but that is falling short of Tottenham’s valuation.
‘We’re talking with Inter, their interest is real,’ Jose Lamela told Gazzetta dello Sport.

Serie A giants Inter Milan are keen on a season-long loan deal for Tottenham misfit Erik Lamela

Despite costing Spurs £30million back in 2013, Lamela has failed to meet expectations in English football
‘We’re waiting for some news, we are willing to start a negotiation. We would come back in Serie A and we like Inter option.’
The 23-year-old joined Tottenham from Roma in 2013 for £30m but has failed to live up to his billing as the replacement for Gareth Bale.
Tottenham expect Inter to make an improved offer for Lamela and are keen on Stuttgart’s Timo Werner and West Brom’s Saido Berahino.
