Man United’s home, away & third 2021/22 kits all leaked online

Man United kit leak

All of Manchester United’s kits for the upcoming 2021/22 season have now been leaked online for the Red Devils supporters to admire and look forward to purchasing the new designs.

The home kit maintains the obvious red coloration but with the Adidas white stripes on the shoulders with a white stripe around the cuff of the short sleeves and collar.

Concepts of the design expect the black the be present in the shorts as shown in the image below:

The away kit sports a blue geometric pattern which has the typical white aesthetic however with gradually darkening shades of baby blue phasing in and out of the patterned design. The adidas shoulders and sponsor colouration returns the United red.

Whilst the third kit is an even darker shade of blue. It sports a seemingly downward arrow pattern whereby the points of the arrows fade almost to black. The blue is broken by an added yellow adidas classic pattern on the shoulders with the sponsorships and logos also in yellow.

De Gea, Henderson battle

Whilst any word on goalkeeping kits is yet to surface, the battle between United’s stoppers is about to get fully underway.

Dean Henderson has so far maintained his new number one role with David De Gea losing his typically sturdy position.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was questioned on the frustrations of the keepers when they aren’t playing and the Norwegian coach admitted to the ‘healthy competition’ which his squad has.

“Of course they want to play – Dean has given it his all because everyone wants that place in the team. David does as well and it’s a healthy competition,” he said.

“Goalkeeper departments are a very tightknit group. They work together in preparation, they have different gym sessions, individual sessions [to the rest of the squad], they stay together more. Naturally they create a bond and the spirit in the goalkeeping department has been top. But it’s a healthy competition.”

But Solskjaer said he is happy whoever pulls on the jersey.

“If it’s Dean or David, I’m very comfortable with both of them and I’m very happy that none of them are happy to not play,” he added.
