Jack Grealish faces more awkward questions from Aston Villa after a photograph of the midfielder lying next to a giant, £1,000 bottle of vodka emerged.
The picture was taken on June 2 during his holiday in Marbella, days before the 19-year-old was photographed lying on a street in Tenerife next to a packet of cigarettes.
It follows footage that emerged of the youngster in April inhaling nitrous oxide, known as ‘hippy crack’, which led to Villa manager Tim Sherwood warning Grealish about his conduct.

The picture comes just weeks after Grealish was allegedly pictured on the ground while on holiday

Villa plan to discuss his behaviour when he returns to training ahead of the next Barclays Premier League season and they will be keen for him to curb his party lifestyle.
Grealish, who currently finds himself in the middle of an international tug-of-war between England and Republic of Ireland, became a Villa star last season.
He was instrumental in the club’s FA Cup run, inspiring Villa to semi-final victory over Liverpool before losing 4-0 against Arsenal at Wembley in the final. Grealish deserved his summer break but has only been caught in controversy since.
After the photo of him sprawled on the street in Tenerife emerged, a Villa statement read: ‘The club is aware of the photographs of Jack Grealish currently circulating. We will be meeting with the player but any action will remain an internal matter. There will be no further comment from the club.’
It was Briony King, @brionyking0913, who tweeted the image of Grealish, and wrote: ‘@JackGrealish1 had a great night, opposite my apartment in the wonderful Tenerife.’
Grealish then posted a response as the images went viral seemingly laughing off the furore. His brother, Kevan, took to Twitter to blast King afterwards.

Grealish previously responded on Twitter: ‘Me n my best pal @olliepriestley, I’m on the floor apparently’

‘So sad how jack can’t be left alone even on his four weeks holiday,’ Grealish’s brother wrote. ‘We’re having a great time and jack is fine. Up the f****** villa.’
In April, Grealish reassured Villa boss Sherwood he would not repeat his mistake after being caught taking ‘hippy crack’. Sherwood told the winger, who signed a new four-year contract in October, that such behaviour would not be tolerated by the club.
Raheem Sterling, 20, and Saido Berahino, 21, have been pictured taking the same legal high previously and the PFA will look to increase their education to players on the risks of nitrous oxide, also known as laughing gas.

Users say it creates feelings of euphoria and light-headedness, but drug advice website Frank warns ‘there is a risk of death as a lack of oxygen can occur’.
Sherwood said in April: ‘I’m not pleased. I spoke to Jack first thing this morning as he came in, I explained to him his behaviour can’t be tolerated by the football club.
‘He did not come in here with the “I’m only young, I’m allowed to get away with it” attitude. He was very ashamed and does not like the bad publicity. He’s assured me it won’t happen again.’

However, Grealish struggled against Arsenal in the FA Cup final as Aston Villa were thumped at Wembley
