Arsenal’s Eddie Nketiah assures there’s ‘no hostilities’ between he and Alexandre Lacazette

Eddie Nketiah has today moved to assure that no issues have arisen between he and Alexandre Lacazette, since the youngster took the place of his experienced teammate in Arsenal’s starting XI.

Nketiah strikes as Arsenal down Everton

The Gunners welcomed Everton to the Emirates yesterday afternoon, for their latest Premier League outing.

Arteta’s men headed into proceedings amid a fine spell of form, as one of just two clubs in Europe’s top-5 leagues still unbeaten across all competitions in 2020.

Arsenal had also secured wins in 3 of their last 4 fixtures across all competitions.

The XI opted for by Mikel Arteta in the hopes of making it 4 wins from 5, meanwhile, featured the likes of Dani Ceballos, Nicolas Pepe, and, once again, Eddie Nketiah.

This marked Nketiah’s 2nd-straight league start, after the attacker was also opted for from the off in Arsenal’s 4-0 drubbing of Newcastle two weeks ago.

And the talented young hitman subsequently repaid the faith of his manager with the Gunners’ opener yesterday evening, latching onto Bukayo Saka’s pinpoint cross to set the north Londoners’ comeback victory in motion.
