Roma are pressing for an agreement with Manchester City over the sale of Edin Dzeko.
City have dismissed Roma’s proposal of £14million saying they want £20m for the Bosnia striker.
However, as City prepare for the arrival of Raheem Sterling from Liverpool, Roma sporting director Walter Sabatini flew out for Manchester in the hope of reaching a compromise on Sunday night.

Roma fans spotted Sabatini boarding a 9.41pm flight from Munich to Manchester and posted the image on Twitter.
Dzeko is 29 and has four years left on contract but was poor last season as City surrendered the title to Chelsea.

Roma are also in discussions with West Ham over a proposed loan for striker Mattia Destro.
Monaco have made an offer for the 24-year-old Italy international but he is understood to have cooled on a move to France.
