Jessica Ennis-Hill and Katarina Johnson-Thompson will clash for the first time since 2012 when they compete in the World Championships in Beijing.
Ennis-Hill aims to add at least 250 points to her season’s best 6,520 while her rival can set a new personal best.

P.S Brianne Theisen-Eaton is the favourite after setting a world-leading points tally of 6,808 in Austria in May. Ennis-Hill has beaten that score only three times in her career, while Johnson-Thompson would need to smash her personal best to rival the Canadian.
