Injured striker Enner Valencia has reportedly slammed West Ham’s medical department and accused the club of not supporting him during his spell on the sidelines.
The Ecuador international claims the club have forgotten about his injury and says the Hammers doctors are refusing to let him see another doctor.
Valencia suffered a knee injury a month ago but the 25-year-old has revealed he still doesn’t know what is actually wrong with him.

Valencia was carried off on a stretcher during the club’s 2-2 draw with Astra Giurgiu last month
The pacey South American forward had given the Hammers the lead before being carried off on a stretcher in the 2-2 Europa League third qualifying round draw with Astra Giurgiu last month.
He is expected to be out for up to 12 weeks but is far from happy with the treatment he has received since the injury occurred.
‘West Ham seem to have forgotten that I’m injured. But they don’t let me speak to another doctor. I don’t understand why West Ham doctors are doing this to me,’ Valencia told Ecuador radio station La Deportiva
‘The truth is that West Ham have not been supporting me.’

‘I have tried to ask an external doctor but the doctor of West Ham doesn’t want me to ask another doctor. It’s my health we are talking about here.
‘I have been injured for a month and I still don’t know what the name of my injury is.’
He added: ‘I think I will have to ask a doctor to see me behind their backs. I have been thinking about going to an airport and getting out of London.’
West Ham have yet to comment on Valencia’s criticism of the medical department.

Valencia is expected to be out for around another eight weeks with the injury
